As many restoration folks, I started early in my life. My Dad was a shop/tech ed teacher, and eventually I became one too. Summers provided a perfect time to work on the restoration of antiques and projects that my wife and I wanted in our home.
After 30 plus years in education, training and development, the timing was right to pursue my goal of owning my own restoration business. In 2005 we purchased "The Strippers". We subsequently renamed the business Valley Stripping & Furniture Restoration, llc. We have been in business for 5 years as VSFR and a total of 10 years as a restoration/repair business.
The great thing about this business, is that we are learning something new everyday!

Valley Stripping & Furniture Restoration, llc is a full service, one-stop shop furniture repair and restoration facility. We service all kinds of customer needs, from simple glue jobs, to large complex projects spanning several months.
Our goal is to provide the customer with options. From there, they can make better decisions on how to handle their treasured heirloom.

Our primary service area is Northeastern Wisconsin. Primarily Appleton, Oshkosh and the outlying areas. We will however, service any customer in any location. We have fees to charge accordingly, but if you need us, we will be there!
